At CasaFiora, this policy is issued in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law and applies to all purchases made through our online store.
1. Eligibility for Returns
The customer has the right to request a return within 2 days from the delivery date, provided that:
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The product is not customized or made-to-order.
Products that have been installed, fixed, or assembled are not eligible for full refund, in line with UAE regulations regarding services already rendered.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
Customized or made-to-order furniture.
Service fees including delivery, installation, fixing, dismantling, once the service has been performed.
Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
3. Refund Clarification (As per UAE Law)
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law:
Refunds are issued for the product value only.
Service-related costs (delivery, installation, dismantling, payment gateway fees) are legally deductible and non-refundable once incurred.
4. Refunds – Bank Transfer Payments
If payment was made via bank transfer, and a refund is approved:
Sofas, Dining Sets & Swings
Delivery and fixing charges will be deducted: AED 300– 500.
Gazebos
Delivery, installation, and dismantling charges will be deducted: AED 1,500 – 2,000.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 3–5 business days, subject to internal approval.
5. Refunds – Card Payments (Online / Payment Link)
If payment was made via card:
Delivery fees will be deducted: AED 300– 500.
A 5% payment gateway processing fee will be deducted, as charged by third-party payment providers.
Refunds will be made only to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on the issuing bank and may vary.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Any damage or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Verified cases may qualify for replacement or refund without deductions, in compliance with UAE consumer rights.
7. Right to Refuse Refund
CasaFiora reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if:
The request violates this policy.
The product condition does not meet return requirements.
The claim is submitted after the allowed timeframe.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
