Terms of Service – Casa Fiora

Welcome to Casa Fiora. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases, orders, and services provided by Casa Fiora.
Casa Fiora reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Installation/fixing services, if provided, are chargeable and non-refundable once completed.
Casa Fiora is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability or site conditions.

Order cancellations before delivery are subject to a 5% handling fee.
Returns or cancellations after delivery must be reported within 24 hours.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original wrap/packing with all labels and accessories.
After delivery, delivery charges, fixing/installation charges, dismantling charges (if applicable), and a 5% handling fee will be deducted.
Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 4–5 working days after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Casa Fiora is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect maintenance after delivery.
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, materials, or craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

All designs, images, logos, and content related to Casa Fiora remain the intellectual property of the brand and may not be used without written permission.

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
